What Is This Going To Cost Me?

We only get paid a fee if we are successful in our handling of your case. Our law firm works strictly on a “contingency fee” basis, meaning we do not charge by the hour. We will receive a percentage of your gross settlement or verdict amount at the conclusion of your case. We only earn our fee if we are successful in obtaining a recovery for you. If we are not successful in obtaining a recovery (either a verdict or settlement) for you, then you are not responsible to pay us an attorney’s fee, or for any costs that we have advanced or expended on your case.

How Do I Know If I Have A Case? Call Us For A Free Legal Consultation!

After we discuss the facts and circumstances of your potential case with you and perform a preliminary investigation, we will determine whether you have a legitimate case. In certain instances, we are able to determine whether you have a case rather quickly, but other times, it may take a little longer depending on the specific facts and circumstances as well as the complexity of the case.

What Is My Case Worth?

While we cannot guarantee that you will obtain a particular result in your case, we will thoroughly work up your case to maximize its value. Should we engage in settlement negotiations on your behalf, we will keep you informed at each stage of the process. We will advise you if we believe settlement is in your best interests and we will base our decision on our prior experiences with similar cases we have handled as well as jury verdicts in the county where your case is filed. Each case has a unique set of facts and circumstances making the value of each case different from the last.

Will My Case Settle Or Will It Go To Trial?

While we cannot predict whether your case will settle or go to trial, we work up every case as if we will take it to trial. Obviously, if no settlement offer is made, your case will go to trial. However, in the United States, over 90 percent of cases settle short of trial. Despite this, as trial lawyers, it is our job to be ready to present your case to a jury.

Will I Receive Updates On My Case?
